Designer Ann Booth Luly, has owned her Hoity Toity boutique in Studio City for 25 years, and sewing her designs since she was 6 1/2 years old. She creates handbags and clothing in all sizes and fabrics. Her inspiration comes from eras gone by, when fashion contoured a female’s body with panache and allurement. Ann’s designs flatter all figure shapes.  Ann Booth credits her 25 years in business to her patrons who have received adoring compliments while wearing her designs.
